For every product you are returning to us, especially for repairs, please download the “Decontamination Document" below and answer all questions to ensure that all persons coming in contact with the equipment will not be exposed to aggressive and toxic substances which may affect their health. This helps us protect ourselves and the environment from unnecessary exposures.
